How To Use

Super Vardenafil Force should be taken orally with a full glass of water, approximately an hour before planned sexual intercourse. This medication can be taken with or without food.  Follow the instructions of your doctor exactly, even if they differ from the usually recommended dosage.

Overdose

If you think you have taken too much Super Vardenafil Force, you should contact your local poison control center or the emergency medical services immediately.

Missed Dose

Super Vardenafil Force should only be taken when needed, so you are not likely to miss a dose.

Notes

Super Vardenafil Force will not give you an erection automatically. You will only be able to achieve an erection following sexual stimulation.

Taking Super Vardenafil Force does not protect you against sexually transmitted diseases, such as HIV, syphilis or gonorrhea.

Do not share this medication with others as they may have a condition that is not adequately treated with Super Vardenafil Force.

Storage

Store Super Vardenafil Force at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C) and away from light and moisture. KEEP THIS AND ALL MEDICATIONS OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Precautions

Before taking Super Vardenafil Force, you need to inform your doctor of any prior medical conditions you have had, including:

• Any allergies
• Heart diseases or heart rhythm problems
• A recent history of a heart attack, angina or congestive heart failure
• A recent history of strokes or blood clots
• A personal or family history of long  QT syndrome
• High or low blood pressure
• Liver or kidney diseases (or dialysis)
• A blood cell disorder, such as leukemia, sickle cell anemia or multiple myeloma
• A bleeding disorder, such as hemophilia
• Stomach ulcers
• Retinitis pigmentosa (a hereditary eye condition)
• Physical deformity of the penis (e.g. Peyronie’s disease)
• If you have been told not to have sexual intercourse due to health reasons

If you currently suffer or ever have suffered from any of the above conditions, you may not be able to take Super Vardenafil Force or you may need a dosage adjustment.

Super Vardenafil Force is not intended for use by women.

Drug Interactions

Before taking Super Vardenafil Force, you should discuss all other medications you are currently using with your doctor, including:

• Alpha blockers, such as alfuzosin (Uroxatral), doxazosin (Cardura), prazosin (Minipress), tamsulosin (Flomax) and terazosin (Hytrin)
• Nitrates, such as isosorbide dinitrate (Isordril, Sorbitrate), isosorbide mononitrate (Imdur, ISMO), and nitroglycerin (Nitro-BID, Nitro-Dur, Nitroquick, Nitrostat, others) or street drugs containing nitrates, such as amyl nitrate and butyl nitrate (poppers)
• MAOIs (monoamine oxidase inhibitors) used to treat depression, such as moclobemide, phenelzine and tranylcypromine (Aurorix, Nardil, Parnate)
• Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) or other medicines used to treat depression: amitriptyline, citalopram, doxepin, fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, mianserin, mirtazepine, nefazodone, nortriptyline, paroxetine, venlafaxine (e.g. Allergron, Aropax, Avanza, Cipramil, Dothep, Efexor, Lexapro, Luvox, Prozac, Lovan, Serzone, Sinequan, Zoloft)
• Thioridazine (Aldazine) used to treat schizophrenia
• Triptans used to treat migraines (e.g. sumatriptan, Imigran)
• Tramadol (pain relief)
• Lithium
• Medicines to thin your blood, such as warfarin (Coumadin, Marevan) or medicines that can cause bleeding, such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines like ibuprofen (Nuorfen)and aspirin (Disprin)
• Certain antibiotics for treating infection (e.g. Erythromycin or Metrodinazole)
• Amiodarone (Cordarone)
• Antifungals, such as fluconazole (Diflucan), itraconazole (Sporanox) and ketoconazole (Nizoral)
• Clarithromycin (Biaxin)
• Cyclosporine (Neoral, Sandimmune)
• Danazol (Danocrine)
• Delaviradine (Rescriptor)
• Diltiazem (Cardizem, Dilacor, Tiazac)
• Disopyramide (Norpace)
• HIV protease inhibitors such as indinavir (Crixivan) and ritonavir (Norvir)
• Isoniazid (INH, Nydrazid)
• Medications for high blood pressure or irregular heartbeat
• Other medications or treatments for erectile dysfunction
• Procainamide (Procanbid, Pronestyl)
• Quinidine (Quinidex)
• Sotalol (Betapace)
• Troleandomycin (TAO)
• Verapamil (Calan, Covera, Isoptin, Verelan)
• Zafirlukast (Accolate)
• St. John’s Wort (herbal medication)

This is only a partial list and other medications could interact negatively with Super Vardenafil Force. Inform your doctor of all other prescription and non-prescription medication you are currently using, including dietary supplements, vitamins, minerals, herbal pills and medicines prescribed by other doctors. Do not start or stop taking any medication without discussing this with your doctor first.

The following potential side effects of Super Vardenafil Force may occur:

• Nausea
• Headaches
• Dizziness
• Stuffy nose
• Temporary heat rashes
• Memory problems
• Back pain

The above side effects are usually mild and only last temporarily. Contact your doctor as soon as possible if any of these side effects persist or worsen.

Stop using Super Vardenafil Force and inform your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following serious side effects:

• Increased blood pressure
• Trembling
• Tingling or numbness
• Blurred vision or vision problems
• Ringing in the ears
• Diarrhea, abdominal pain, dry month, vomiting, ingestion, intestinal gas, constipation, bloating
• Excessive sweating
• Fatigue, sleepiness, drowsiness
• Irritability and loss of concentration
• Insomnia or sleeping problems
• Mental or mood changes (e.g. anxiety, depression, indifference, nervousness)
• Decreased sexual desire
• Abnormal dreams
• Chest pain or heavy feeling spreading to the arms
• Swelling of the hands, ankles or feet
• Irregular heartbeat
• Shortness of breat
• Lightheadedness or fainting
• An painful or prolonged erection (lasts more than 4 hours)
• Seizures or convulsions

In rare cases, you may suffer a severe allergic reaction to Super Vardenafil Force. Seek emergency medical attention if you experience any of the following symptoms:

• Hives
• Rash
• Difficulty breathing
• Swelling of the face, tongue, lips or throat
