How to use
Generic Sildenafil Softabs (Sildenafil Citrate) is taken orally when needed, usually about 15-20 minutes before planned sexual intercourse, but no more than once a day. Overdose

Notes
Do not share this medication with others, since they may have a problem that is not effectively treated by this Generic Sildenafil Softabs (Sildenafil Citrate).

Using this medication does not protect you against sexually transmitted diseases (e.g. HIV, Hepatitis B, gonorrhea, syphilis).

Storage
Store Generic Sildenafil Softabs (Sildenafil Citrate) at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C), away from light and moisture. KEEP THIS AND ALL MEDICATIONS OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Precautions
Before using Generic Sildenafil (Sildenafil Citrate), inform your doctor of your medical history, especially of:

To avoid getting dizzy or lightheaded when rising from a seated or lying position, you should get up slowly.

Generic Sildenafil (Sildenafil Citrate) should not be used by women or children. Elderly people may be more sensitive to the side effects of this medication, so caution is advised for patients from this age group.

Drug Interactions
Before taking Generic Sildenafil (Sildenafil Citrate), you should tell your doctor about all the prescription and non-prescription medication you use. Especially mention:

• Nitrate medications (e.g. Nitroglycerin, Isosorbide dinitrate)
• Nitroprusside (any nitric oxide donor medicines)
• Cimetidine
• Erythromycin
• Azole antifungals (e.g. Itraconazole, Ketoconazole)
• Mibefradil
• Rifamycins (e.g. Rifampin)
• High blood pressure medication
• Certain HIV protease inhibitors (such as Saquinavir, Ritonavir, Amprenavir)
• Delavirdine

This list is not complete and there may be other drugs that can interact with Generic Sildenafil Softabs (Sildenafil Citrate). Tell your doctor about all your prescription and over-the-counter medications, vitamins, minerals, herbal products, and drugs prescribed by other doctors. Do not start a new medication without telling your doctor.

Common potential side effects of Generic Sildenafil Softabs (Sildenafil Citrate) include:

• Headache
• Flushing
• Stomach upsets
• Nasal stuffiness
• Diarrhea
• Dizziness

Let your doctor know straightaway if any of the above side effects persist or worsen.

Also inform your doctor promptly should the following unlikely but serious side effects occur:

• Urination problems (e.g. pain)
• Vision problems
• Skin rash

Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any of the following very unlikely but very serious side effects:

• Chest pain
• Fainting
• Swelling of the foot or ankle

If you experience a painful or prolonged erection (lasts longer than 4 hours), you should stop using Generic Sildenafil Softabs (Sildenafil Citrate) immediately and seek emergency medical attention.
